Retin-A.. but it would take a long time to notice the results on lines and wrinkles..

^There are different brands of the cream.. You need to look for Retin-A/Tretinoin and it comes in different strengths as well..
Check out skincare forums and do lots of research on it because it’s amazing stuff but you need to be careful cos if you use a strength that’s too high you end up with too much peeling, redness, irritation and other problems (You also must not use it if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding)

you can get it OTC, many anti-aging creams and under-eye creams contain it. just look at the list of ingredients. however, women who are pregnant should avoid retinoids.

OP, go to a derm who can prescribe prescription strength topical solutions (Retin, AHA, etc) along with instructions.
Wear a good quality sunblock 15-30 minutes prior to leaving the home.
And massage your neck with an oil (olive, etc) in upward strokes.

Yeah, sun protection is a must with Retin-A.. It makes you MUCH more sensitive to the sun..
