do you guys use it as a replacement for fresh garlic? I’m new to cooking so still learning the ways, and found garlic powder in the cupboard so made a chicken salan out of that… would it taste better with fresh garlic though?

Nope not as replacement to fresh or frozen garlic. Basically garlic powder only acts as a taste enhancer. If you plan to use it in the salan, please dont. It wont give your salan the required taste.

also i have noticed that, dishes that need little cooking time, Garlic powder tastes really good in them. The longer the cooking, the powder’s taste goes down !
