i drank “ZipFizz” in college just to stay awake but it also worked at a weight loss or maintaining drink for me if i need to lose 1 or 2 pesky pounds… anybody else try it?

How does it help with weight loss? Like drink that instead of eating? Or its just one of those things that helps you lose weight?
