the verdict is , i guess, that red wine vinegar is okay since there is no alcohol in it - its just a name - and what's in a name?
I had some today by the way with my salad. It tastes totally blah. White vinegar is sooo much better. But the color of red wine vinegar is so much more pretty. sigh
