Ive seen that many girls just use a slight red lip pencil on their lips which gives a matte natural look and doesn’t appear to be like lipstick but more of a natural pink/red touch to their lips. Even Katrina Kaif has used the look many a times.
I was wondering which lip pencils of which brands can give such a natural matte look to the lips?
