yeah i've always wanted to wear red so when my mil asked my preference for wedding outfit i said i wanted red! they have placed the order now and im really curious to know what its like. my fiance is no help at all hes not telling me anything and saying its a suprise but he has assured me its beautiful!!!!

Im from the UK so probably Birmingham or London. My mum recently went Pak and got my mehndi outfit from there, it was a lime green and fusion pink garara and the guy ruined it cos it had stains everywer grr.. so their gonna get a refund or get another one made.

My sista got married in DEC n she bought it frm lhr Liberty, shop name International , its awesome Ruby REddish colour for seventy thousand .evry one liked lehnga colour n work on it

Oh I'm definitely going to be wearing a shade of red on my baraat! Something deep with kaam on it, preferably in dull silver or dull coppery-gold. Haye.
I'd go with Karma or Bunto for reds, anyone know any other designers that do red bridals well? HSY, Sana Safinaz, Umar Sayeed do valima/contemporary stuff real well.

im getting really nervous now what if i dont like the outfit? i left it to his family to get as they have more access to variety being in pakstan seeing as im in uk and his mum does have really good taste!!!
red is a nice n traditional color to wear on shadi day… however I am wondering whether brides will be able to wear that red lehenga on someone else’s shadi (they might end up wearing red on someone else’s shadi who herself might not be wearing red 
)
I personally would want to wear my shadi lehenga again as lots of money would have been gone into it

I was gonna go with a nice rich burgundy but changed my mind and decided to go with a peachy pink/ tea pink as it goes better with my skin tone.
I think a rich burgundy or maroon is traditional and gorgeous!

*Idk I just hate the bright bright red color. Be it nail polish, lipstick, clothes, I can't stand it, so the family has to make sure nothing is red for me. *

am wearing a blood red lehnga with a copperish mustard combo. the facing is of mustard colour jamavar :)
