Well if it's Ed Norton I'm goin to watch it for sure...though Death To Smoochy was...not my type of movie...
But still not as good as the first one!!

Don't compare Red dragon w/ Scilence of the lambs... I think Red Dragon is equally powerful..story is good--not many weak links...Ralph Fiennes did great job.. he really look like a schizophobic ( and the part when he swallow William blake drawing of Red dragon!) he look more like Notorious cannibal Jeffrey Delmar.
the only thing that i feel weak in the whole movie was ---how come Dr Haniball & FBI agent Will Graham got shot from point blank in chest--and survived (Will Graham was lucky twice)

Silence of the Lambs was too good... Mesmerizing performances from both Foster and Hopkins was way too much for the action in this particular film...
One more thing I dont understand... Why didnt the tooth fairy (fiennes) attack ed norton and his family soon after he knew they were fooled by his death... He waited for a while, and Norton ultimately got a call from the tooth fairy who made sure he found out about him, by bashing the mirrors and holding his child hostage...

A thriller too timid to thrill because it's the devil we not only know, but that audiences have come to love.
I watched Red Dragon this past weekend. Was good but not as good as I'd hoped. Silence of the Lambs was the best, of course. Hannibal was good too...was gory as heck. This one, Red Dragon, had a good cast but the storyline could've been improved upon. Anthony Hopkins is the coolest in his Lecter movies :)
I'd be surprised if this is any good. SOL was good but the follow up was dire.
