Its not about “British” docs, since the doctor was supported/financed by Red Cross or probably he was a member/employee of Red Cross so they treat/provide medications to any sick people around for free/cheap.
The reason ‘aid workers’ are being targeted is that these “Islamist militants” are not really “Islamist” but purely terrorist who want to completely rule the area they terrorize, the population completely subdued etc.
