On arrival of heads of state either on ceremonial and/or on formal ocassaions, red carpet rolled out to show hospitality. Nowadays, the red carpet rolling, in other words red carpet treatment is used everywhere either it is engagement or marriage ceremony, school funtion, or annual award event, red carpet is everywhere.
Can you tell why only red carpet are used? why not carpets in any other colors? How red carpet rollign become a tradition?
