my baby is 18 months old and for the past 6 months hes been having reccurent throat infection .The doc keep putting him on antibiotics which i simply dont want to continue.i have tried homeopathy but nothing seems to work on him.Can someone out there help me if u have been through a similiar sitution.

Please don't give your baby homoeopathic medicine for throat please !
and you can consult a E.N.T doctor or another paediatric to find out the root cause of the throat infection. Probably something in the diet that is causing him the infection that needs to be discovered.

my daughter was on homeopathic treatment for throat and ear infections until she was about three years old.......no issues whatsoever.
in fact the homeopathic stuff worked so well that several of my friends came onto this path to avoid antibiotics as well.

i think **chamomilla **is best homeopathic medicine for children. but you can consult with homeopathic doctor.

Muzna - I myself was on homoeopathic treatment for throat infection when I was a kid. It made me gain weight. I don't recommend homeopathic for anything unless and until you get your self checked by a authentic homeo doctor and how will you know that doctor really knows homeo that I don't know.

^ totally agree diamond......I would never recommend self-medicating in any situation.....be it regular meds or homeopathic meds.
Since I have the convenience of a homeopath as a brother, I haven't ever had issues finding a good/reliable professional in this field.

Give your Kid a tablespoon of honey with 1/3 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in it mixed every other day. It will help in taking care of the infection before hand. Also get it checked with the physician again, could be an issue with tonsils?

do you think one teaspoon every day i good for children bec many oldies say that its taseer is garam and you should not give too much of it to the kids bad for health
