How would you like being served in Rectangle Dinner Plates?
Its the latest thing on my wish list:@: … I have already got my eyes on the rectangle starter plates … they are very expensive though… about 10 quid a plate
Square plates are in almost every home now .. and Rectangle seems to be the new and happening shape in crockery … what say? … I was at the Cheshire Oak hotel in Chester and I got served in such beautiful Rectangle plates , I totally loved it …
Opinions please are they good , not so good etc etc ..
Funny story - we saw it at Selfridges or Debenhams when we were in London and she was this close to buying it and having it shipped back to Canada. Her husband talked her out of it because of the cost of shipping. She found it at Macys for almost 40% less than she would have paid in London and obviously, no shipping since we can drive there.
It’s called New Wave by Villeroy and Boch - I loves it:
Villeroy and Boch… i love their dinnerware!! IHave all the dinner plates and stuff… recently purchased the new wave coffee and espresso cups and wave plates from HoF.
A friend of mine has this set - and me likes this one too!
It’s by Rosenthal and called A la Carte. I love the fact that she can make her dinner table more interesting by mixing and matching patterns. She has a set of 12 and two place-settings in each of the six designs.
i love them just as i do square plates .. much better tahn circular.. and its all relative.. why?
cuz its easy to have a millino things on ure plate without mixing them all in one big muck of eww.... especially for a dawat i use square or rectangular plates cuz then ppl can put a little bit of everything on their plate without worrying bout everything topplign into each other...
