The kite runner...fantastic read...ummm i loved god of small things by Arundhati Roy, Map of lost lovers by Aslam Amjad i think.
Book lovers usually read books by Paolo Coehlo and term them as classics and inspirational. I only liked the Alchemist, dont like any other of his selections. See if you like any.
