And where did you find Khulfa ? If you know how to make Palak/spinach , you can make it the same way.

we used to cook it with daal or either gosht

We cook it with gosht. It needs to be bhoonafied alot. If you are interested in kulfa gosht i will ask my Ammi how to make it.
