So mum sent 3 items recorded delivery to pak. Have got 2 but not one. Once its in pak can I check where it is? All 3 sent on same day so why didn’t I receive one especially since its record delivery

I don’t know why you haven’t received it. But do u have a tracking number? Is so u can check to see.

Can you tell us which service she used to send it. Sometimes customs takes too long for larger packages so you still have hope.

From uk you send it?
It depends on the service u chose…like as far as i know royal mail provides tracking but up until they have the parcel. In pakistan its given to the courier company like pakistan post or something. Its ridiculous but i experienced this in past.

But yeah its always worth checking through your tracking number and ringing them.

the packages don’t travel like families do…these packages get loaded on different flights. they must have told you the expected date of delivery. check that date. if you don’t receive it then ask your mom to inquire at the origin.
don’t worry, packages do get delayed due to several reasons…one of them can be delayed clearance by the Customs department.

This. I’m also certain that if you ask them they will inform you that RM tracking is only until the package leaves the UK when it’s bound for somewhere like Pakistan.
2/3 isn’t bad too be honest. I’d never send anything this way.

I got it!!! A day later.
But yes I got all parcels within 6 days.
