ok so i’ll come out of denial and admit im in pain.. ive been gyming a bit too much and the silly thing i am have started to jog which has somehow stretched or troubled my skin graft
can anyone recommend some other form of exercise that will be affective but not increase the pain?
ive moved to the bikes, but is there anything else thats not so boring?
I don't think you should do anything until your scar heals. If you are adament about exercising, maybe start off with simple walking instead of using any machines and equipment.
