My OB Gyn wants me to start taking prenatal vitamins regularly…she said any prenatal vitamin supplements containing DHA will do…any recommendations and experiences?

nature made with dha...they smell like fish oil and are huge, but then again most prenatals are.

yeah it's prescription based. but if you have a good benefit plan at work, it will cover it.
ive been taking it, don't feel sick at all.

oh ok I will be seeing the doc tomorrow so I will check with her.. hopefully the health insurance will cover it because OTC is very expensive and nauseating!!

like afshi mentioned, pregvit is really good and it didn't make me sick either as suppose to when i was on materna
