There was this book published in Egypt about the stories of animals mentioned in Quran. The interesting aspect of the book is those animals are the narrator of those stories and showing their feelings like 'how crow who taught Adam's son how to bury dead body of his brother', 'how those four birds feel when they were slaughtered by Hazrat Ibrahim and then made alive by Allah'. It tells us stories of all animals mentioned in Quran. This book was translated in Urdu and I just loved reading it. I could find English version online, but not the Urdu one.
