Well, It has been a while since I saw a Good movie. So Please recommend a movie you saw & liked and also tell us why do you think its a good movie.

PS :- NO Hindi Movies please - I know about most of them and have already watched all the good ones.

XXX was okay, spider man was watchable. Love all the MUmmy movies...

The best movies I saw in the last 12 months were AI (brilliant) and the last one with Tom Cruise in it set in the future, i forget what it was called.

haev you seen Judgement Night by Emelio Estavez..bunch of guys are going to go watch a boxing match and they get lost..i saw it a few years ago and really liked it

Thanks for suggestions - I was asking about old movies something like 'the Usual suspects' , 'My Cousin vinny' etc.

Whenever I go to rent a movie I dont know which one to get - And most of the time end up bringing a stup!d movie :(

      *Although there are so many movies, if you haven't watched Johnny Depp's "Blow", you should give it a try. I watched it again last week, and was impressed even more this time. It's very hard hitting, and ironically very funny at certain moments as well. "Requiem for a Dream" is another drug movie that is very, very impressive. Check both of them out. Enjoy. I noticed Game the shmuck needs to watch a movie quite a few times to actually get impressed by it..pehli baar main hi impress nahi ho sakta bay!! :)

Asif, I saw The Ring most recently. It’s playing in theaters at the moment. Great movie if you like horror!

Agreed, The Ring is a great movie to watch if you're into horror, but i found it really really scary, too scary for my tastes :( But maybe i frighten easily, i don't know... :)

hmm if you are asking about older movies - then, although this might sound VERY very odd, but try renting "While you were sleeping" (Sandra Bullock and Jeff Bridges), comedy-romantic drama. It's not an action/horror/suspense movie, nothing remotely exciting like that, just a cute comedy-type movie. i don't know why but i really liked it:) If you are into REALLY old serious-drama type movies, try Steel Magnolias or Fried Green Tomatoes (latter stars Jessica Tandy, i think). (Weird tastes i have, i know:D). Something also good, more up to date, might be Minority Report.
