im so confused, theres so much information avbout what to use and not use, and is worrying me. i need one to combat acne too, and also want to exfoliate and brighten my skin too…please help xxx

Nadz, the structure of the skin doesn't change during pregnancy. Fluctuating hormones may make it oilier/dry but use regular products that you use everyday. There aren't any products or cleansers made for 'pregnant woman only'. Continue to use what you've used uptill now.

nadzz, the best option is to ask your gyno for the most uptodate, current info. I could be wrong but i remember being able to use most stuff except retin A. Some folks also caution against dying your hair but my doc said it was ok. So really, jitnay moun utni batein hongi and you should only trust info from a trusted source.
