Hmm, that’s kinda tricky. If they give some clues about their lives that you are already familiar with, then yes, you might be able to recognize them.
I have spotted multis who were not using their original usernames and my intuition was verified at a later point. In my case, I was familiar with their writing style/pattern in more than one setting.
