Reciting Surah al Ikhlas & Durood

:salam:

I want to know whether is this allowed for a woman to recite durood shareef and Surah al Ikhlas during her mensturation period?

:jazak:

Re: Reciting Surah al Ikhlas & Durood

Sure, why not?

Re: Reciting Surah al Ikhlas & Durood

Sure?:aq:

Shariah Law prescribes that in her state of menstruation a woman is exempt from offering her religious duties like the offering of her conical prayers or fasting until she has purified herself from her state of menstruation.

In light of the guidance of the Quran the Sunnah, the things which are forbidden for a menstruating women are:

1)She cannot offer her prayers
2)She cannot perform a fast
3)She cannot enter any mosque
4)She must not touch the Glorious Quran
5)She must abstain from having sexual intercourse.

There is absolutely no restriction for the menstruation women if she wishes to make supplication or remember and praise her Lord as much as she wishes. she is at liberty to remember and invoke her Lord Most Gracious, recite the ‘durood’, recite any surah of Glorious Quran from memory, make supplications, etc. as often as she wills and pleases.

Allah knows best!

wa alaykum salaam!

In haidh we can recite Quran from our memory. Touching Quran in haidh is not allowed but touching other books containing dua mixed with verses and hadith are allowed.

Junuba [uncleaned because of sexual intercourse] men and women can't recite even from their memory until they do ghusl.
