How come the Imam leading the prayer never recites bismillah out loud?
What is the procedure for reciting Bismillah while praying? Do you recite it just once at the beginning of the prayer? Or, do you recite it before starting any ayah/surah ?
I always recited only at the beginning, until few months ago when I came to realize that all Surahs (except for one) start out with Bismillah first.

those who believe that bismilla is a part of surah-al-fateha, they will recite it out aloud....
those who dont, they will not recite it out aloud....
i see no problem if anyone reads it out aloud or he reads it softly....
wonder why we always bring up such small matters....

Exactly, the scholars vary on this matter so the ijma was Bismillaah can be said aloud as well as silently.
