Waisay, I am a great cook :)but I can’t post the proper recipes here because while cooking I dont know what masalas I put in and in what quantity 
Khair I will definately try these chapli kebabs and tikkas someday, and yes the boiled omlete. Sounds interesting 
Oh yeah I think i should give you my recipe of Tandoori chicken:
I whole chiken
yougurt about 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste about 2-3 tbsp.
Salt, red chilli powder, termeric powder, garam masala powder, dhaniya powder.
don’t ask about the quantity, I don’t know myself. Bus hasb-e-zaiqa 
Mix all these things and merinate the chicken for 4 hours atleast.
You can grill it.. and if you want you can cut the chicken in 4 pieces and barbque… Quite delicious. 
Sabah meri behn Ginger garlic ka hand full… You mean MUTHI bhar kar??? Itna ginger garlic sirf 1/2 kilo gosht main?

aur aap ki story say mujhay apni story yaad aa gie. Jub hum log Skardu se gilgit ja rahay thay (it was not honey moon… I went with my family) :)it was 6 hours drive, and there was not a single stop where we could sit and have lunch. Bhook ke maaray jaan nikal rahi thi. Raastay main aik adad toota phoota hotel nazar aaya, we told the driver to stop there. the owner of that hotel was sleeping and there was no one there. Hoo ka aalam tha. We woke him up and told him to prepare some karahi for us… Itna toota hooa kitchen tha, pata nahien kis tarha bana kar laya woh. wahan itni makhian theen keh aap imagine nahien kar saktien. Jub hum khana khanay lagay to ‘pat pat’ kar ke saari khanay main girnay lag gien… Uffff!! Kuch na poochain kis haal khana khaya hum ne. It was looking more like makhi karahi.
