erm... besides idli? Are you looking for savory or sweet? Be a little more specific, and I'm sure we can find you some.

^ the same firni is coming in my mind too... however you can make crispy french fries too (by coating the potato slices in the flour), chawal ki roti (though I never tried it), and you can put the small quanity of flour even in cooking kheer..

You know what really compliments ice cream? A fried banana! Ice cream is often served with a fried banana in southeast asian restaurants (Chinese, Thai, etc)…and it is sooooo good!

I’ve tried it before, and it just makes ice cream more fun. I’ve pasted a link for a fried banana recipe which uses rice flour. Enjoy!
