I have a couple of thai shrimp and fish recipes that use coconut milk . lemme know if u want it.
other ideas mulligatawny soup, malysian chicken curry, daal with spinack and coconut milk is pretty good too. :)

Damn, I just hate coconut flavor in the food ... I remember, I had a Malaysian friend who used to put coconut in every food and I just .... it seems to me that coconut flavor recipes come from Malalysia, Indonesia, Burma. BUT mehroo u sure u want to cook something with coconut ??

I also hate curries that havef coconut milk in it. Desserts are the only things that taste good with coconut milk. I don't know how people eat it. Also, it is very rich and fatty. High in calories.

there is a recipe i cook often, in a frying pan brow some onions and garlic then add tomatoes. then I add 3 to 4 times more okra and cover with some coconut milk, I usually add some spices, but it varies according to my mood. this recipe is really delicious, sorry for the Basit and Mahru who don’t like coconut!
