**PLAIN SPONGE CAKE

**INGREDIENTS:

Eggs 3
Butter 6oz
Flour 6 oz
Baking powder 1 1/2 TSP
Caster sugar 6oz
Vanilla Essence 1/2 TSP

METHOD:
Beat butter and sugar until creamy, add in vanilla essence and continue beating. Add eggs one by one and keep on beating. Sieve flour and baking powder together. Now fold sieved flour and baking powder in the above mixture.Pour in an 8" or 9" greased round pan. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated over at mark 4 or 250 C.

*Pizza Huts’s pizzas *

**Ingredients:**

2 cups white flour (maida)
1 table spoon milk powder
1 tea spoon sugar
1 ½ tea spoon yeast powder
½ cup warm water
1 egg
1 table spoon olive oil
½ tea spoon oregano
1 tea spoon salt

Method:
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for ten minutes.
Sift flour, milk powder, and salt. Add egg, oregano, oil and warm water. Make smooth soft dough cover it and leave for 2-3 hours for rising

Pizza sauce:
Ingredients:
½ cup tomato paste (or 4 tomatoes blended)
¼ cup ketchup
2 clove garlic
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
½ tea spoon salt
One small onion

Method:
Cook at the ingredients till thick and then strain them.

Toppings:

Super Supreme

Smoked veal
Smoked chicken
Smoked beef
Onion
Black olives
Mushrooms
Capsicum
Pineapple
(Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese) or just pizza cheese

Method:
Spread the dough in 12’’ greased pan, and then prick on it with fork.
Spread the pizza sauce on it
Spread smoked veal, chopped onion, smoked chicken and beef. Arrange mushrooms, capsicum and pineapple pieces. Top with cheese. Sprinkle some oregano, salt and pepper and a table spoon of olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 250C (Mark 6).

Chicken Fajita

Whole chicken breast (thinly sliced)

Marinate with salt, black pepper and roasted zeera (1/2 tsp each), 1 tsp garlic paste and
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for about half an hour. Fry in 2 tbsp oil. Spread the dough in 12’’ pizza pan. Add 2 tbsp of chili sauce in the pizza sauce then spread on the dough. Spread cheese on it.Then arranges chicken, capsicum and onion. Sprinkle some oregano salt and pepper and a tbsp of olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 250C (Mark 6).
