aj kal jo frozen parathay miltay hain woh ghar main kis tarhan prepare ker saktay hain??
any ideas???
laiba ji wo jo frozen parathay miltay haen na wo asal mein FINE FLOUR = MAIDA ke banay hotay haen
aur mere khayal se ye log goondhtay hoay thori GHEE bhee daaltay haen aatay mein...
plus aap ne notice kya ho ga ye log patlay parathay banatay haen ghar ke parathon kee tarhaan motay motay parathay naheen...
baaki tareeka to same hi hae normal parathay se mere khayal se...
waisay you know k fine flour ... maiday... k parathay aap kee sehat k lyay achay naheen hotay qabziat paida kerte haen...lekin kabhee kabhaar khanay mein khaas harj naheen agar saath thora salaad waghera kha le banda..

actually main ne frozen parathay ghar main banananay ki koshish ki thi laikin woh result nahin aya jo bahar ke parathon ka hota hai

Laiba, here is the style my mummy ji uses for making parathay and i am telling you she makes the BEST BEST BEST parathay in the WORLD 
aap aata/ maida normal tareeke se goondhein, and us mein thori ghee bhee daal lein, thora sa namak, aur chahein to aajwaaein thora sa..
my mummy makes square shaped parathay…
aap square shape ka gola banaeyin phir aur us pe thoree ghee laga ke belein…
phir us ko dubara se chaar konon se fold karein takay wo dubara chotay square shape ka ho jayay aur dubara ghee lagaein phir belein..
[ghee se asaan ho jata hae belna …aur is tarha baar baar fold ker k ghee laga ke belne say parathay LAYERS walay bantay haen …they r more tasty n softer too ]
phir dubara belein ghee laga ke aur fold kar ke..
in the end ghee dal ke taway pe halke se fry ker leyn…achay tareeke se taakay andar se bhee pak jayein…halki aanch pe thori deyr tak…zaada na bhun jaayein warna sakht ho saktay haen…
i think its about practice…mujhay bhee koi practice naheen hae parathay bananay kee waisae to lekin socha hae is ramzaan mein pehli dafa sehri k lyay saaron k lyay banaon gi parathay inshallah dekhein kya hota hae Allah hi Maalik hae

mujh se roti to ban jati hai laikin parathay main taste hi nahin ata hai
