recipe using herbs?

hello everyone..plz share any good tested recipes which may use any of basil,thyme,rosemary,oregano etc…

basil is good in egg omlet along with green onions, red pepper etc....:)

make really simple pasta using fresh (or died will wok too) herbs

just saute sum crushed garlic in olive oil toss in the pasta and add any herb u like and mix and viola

it tastes gud trust me

if u like pasta with one or two ingredients!!

You can use 'em in Pizza sauce, simply add in tomato puree with lil' bit of salt, crushed pepper and/or black pepper and cook for 2-3 mins.. can use this same sauce in pasta

Can also be used in salad dressings..add in olive oil+vinegar.

You can use those herbs on alo ki bujhiya and in some soups/salads too...

You can make pesto from Basil, look up recipe online..but i think you blend the basil with pine nuts, olive oil, garlic...etc.
Also you can use herbs in marinade for chicken, basil & Oregano mixed with garlic/ginger/lemon juice work well with chicken baked :)
Also as others mentioned in pasta sauces, in eggs, on pizza, in sandwiches
u can also add some to fresh salads

If you like quiche. This is a good tried recipe

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/4 pounds mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
3 shallots, minced
1 3/4 teaspoons oregano
1 3/4 teaspoons basil
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
4 eggs
3/4 cup skim or whole milk, or half-and-half
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Position rack in lower 1/3 of oven and preheat to 375 degrees. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the mushrooms, onions, garlic, and shallots together. Stir in seasonings and cook 2 minutes until liquid is evaporated. Let cool 5 minutes. In a medium bowl combine eggs with milk or cream and beat well. Stir in mushroom mixture and pour into pie crust. Bake until filling is puffed, set and starting to brown-about 35 to 45 minutes.
