First one sounds great and I can think over it.

I would love to make desert samosa but my parents are diabetic patients so…you know what I mean, can’t work on it.

Thanks alottt

Yumz it sounds delicious. Not really difficult.

@ RupayHalwa: Fish is good for my parents but I won’t experience it after reading your own opinion about it. lol

You can buy a small carton of feta cheese and add to it steamed/boiled spinach (take-out all the water) add crushed black pepper to this. Makes great samosa's!

You can also make samosa's using chicken mince, soya sauce, spring onions etc tastes different!

You can make a nice fish filling for samosas with grilled/baked soft white fish like mahi-mahi or tilapia mixed with little chunky mashed potatoes (it acts as a good binder), scalions, and cilantro.

You can also make a nice fish filling with grilled/baked fish (use some white fish like tilapia and don't over cook the fish), finely sliced cabbage, cilantro, finely sliced carrots, finely chopped green onions. Samosas or rolls with this filling would taste really good.
