Tuna: Get albacore canned tuna in water. Drain and mash with a fork. Add mayo and chopped up celery, salt and black pepper. Some people like a bit of chopped onion as well. Then take two pieces of good sturdy bread, place a piece of romaine lettuce, the tuna mixture and a slice of swiss cheese. Done.
You can also make tuna/potato kababs. They are yummy!

A variation on the tuna sandwich - a tuna melt.
The recipe is pretty close to Niksik's, but a couple of changes:
Tuna, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, finely chopped celery and onions, a teeny bit of lemon juice (optional) and mayo. Drain canned tuna, flake with fork - add the ingredients noted and mash/mix well.
Take a thick slice of multigrain bread. Scoop tuna onto bread, add a slice of tomato and a slice of provolone cheese. Grill it under the broiler or in a toaser oven and voila - an open-faced tuna melt!
