Split Banana Smoothie**

Ingredients:
2 bananas
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of unsweetened strawberries (frozen or fresh)
2 tbs. honey
6 ice cubes
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)

Garnish:
whipped topping
chocolate syrup
maraschino cherries
Preparation:
Combine bananas, pineapple, milk, strawberries and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth, no lumps. Start adding ice slowly and blending until slushy. Pour into large glasses, preferably chilled then garnish with whipped topping, chocolate syrup, and maraschino cherries. The perfect banana split in a glass

Orange /clementine smoothie**

Ingredients:
16 clementines, segmented
1 cup cubed fresh pineapples
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups milk or plain yogurt
Ice cubes

Directions:
1.Supreme segment 16 clementines; set aside.
2.Combine fresh clementines, pineapples, bananas, milk or yogurt and ice cubes in a blender.
3.Blend until smooth.
4.Serve with fresh clementine slices.
5.Serves about 4

Lime Smoothie **
Ingredients:
1/2 cup lime (sliced)
3/4 cup low-fat milk
1 cup lime sherbet (can be light or low fat)
1/2 cup raspberries
2 cups ice
Blend it all and serve ..

Love smoothies/milkshakes
What I normally do is, banana and blueberries/strawberries, flaxseeds, milk, vanilla ice cream, yogurt, vanilla extract =yum! I freeze my fruit to use, so I dont have to add ice and the frozen fruit gives a nice smooth texture
