Re: Recipe of the week - Banana Bread

oh i’ve been looking for a good recipe for banana bread. Thankyou so much! btw, this works right? I don’t know why but my banana bread is never fully “baked” from the inside. It’ll have that perfect golden brown crust but the inside will not be cooked (this happens when i use a loaf pan thus, my bread is always a cake and never a “bread”) Even when i follow the time and temperature said in the recipe :teary1:
