I got the frozen kind. I have never had tinday! Hubby wanted it and now I need a recipe

My mother makes them a lot back home.She simply cooks a chopped onion till light brown,adds chopped tomatoes alongwith the usual spices (salt,chillies,haldi,zeera and sookha dhania).Cooks the masala till oil separates and then adds the vegetable to it.Let it simmer on low heat till done.Garnish with frseh cilantro.

i've recipe for both as separate dishes? would you want them? you can MIX and COOK! :D
