i recently had bhindi raita at a friend’s place, it was delicious, and so simple to make. slice the bhindi thinly (but not paper thin) and fry it in oil with some salt. once the bhindi are done, toss them into a bowl of beaten yoghurt. Add some black pepper and let it sit for about 30 mins. once the bhindi get soft and the yoghurt has gotten teh bhindi flavour it’s just
enjoy with naan/paratha
tyyy Im going to try it.:)
Stuffed Okra,
Make some yogurt paste with, laal mirch, salt, zeera powder, dhaniya powder and some oil.
Slit okra lengthwise, and stuff it with the yogurt mixture. Fry over low heat till done. You can eat 'em just like that or with roti if you like.
Fry Okra,
Cut bhindi in thin slices, fry it till golden brown. Sprinkle chaat masala on it. Serve hot.
Waise if you wash okra before cutting it, it wont be sticky. Or add a tbp of plain yogurt while bhooning the okra and let it cook on very low flame for about 30 min.
