Ingredients:

Potato 1.5 lb
Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt upto taste
Cumin Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cilantro 4 tablespoon thinly sliced
Green Chilli 2 tablespoon thinly sliced
Mint 1 tablespoon thinly sliced
Lemon Juice 4 tablespoon
Onion 1/2 cup cutted in small cubes
Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup
Egg 1

Method:

Peel and boil potato, then mesh it and add red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and mix well. Fry onion light brown and add in the potatoes then add cilantro, mint, lemon juice and green chilli cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge. Beat egg with little pinch of salt and red chilli powder then after one hour, remove potaot from fridge make kabab dip in baten egg and cover with bread crumbs and again put in the fridge for two hours. After two hours they are ready to fry in shallow oil ( not deep fry). Serve with ketchup.
