Can anyone tell me the recipie for houmsu? please

Take a can of chick peas, drain alf of the water from the can.
Lemon Juice 3-6 tbsp
salt to taste
red chili 1/4-1/2 tsp (or to taste)

Add all the ingredients in the chopper/grinder, grind/blend till smooth thick paste.

I jsut use the one on the chickpea can itself. It uses a couple of cloves of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend everything in blender.

i buy the abraham's brand with roasted red peppers its the best hummus i've ever had. its just divine with hot crispy naan
