The USA benefited most from WW2, but doesn't mean they started it.
Slightly poor example, because in this particular case they actually did the attack on our checkpoints, but the point still stands that when a decision is made, the party that benefits from it is not always the one who makes the decision.

he is not in a deep shyt, the memo gate issue is gone to parliamentary national security committee . PM already said if haqqani was part of it, he will be responsible.
