Re: rebonding

what is rebonding? is it different than japanese hair straightening?

Re: rebonding

i dont know about japanese but rebonding is a permenent hiar straightening

Re: rebonding

^ I think its the same as Japanese hair straightening.. and speaking from experience its not a good idea to get it done, it totally ruins and damages your hair.

Re: rebonding

if they are both the same thing than i have gotten it done twice and totally love the results. Mys ister has also gotten it a few times and she also loves it. I think if done by professionals at a reputable salon, it can be wonderful.

Re: rebonding

ira u r the fisrt one who is saying its not bad for hairs..

Re: rebonding

I got my hair straightened 4 years ago, its was vietnamese way of straightening.. It didnt damage my hair at all. Sadly that lady doesnt have those equipments anymore and i cant risk straightening my hair from anywhere else.

Re: rebonding

suhaina, i am not saying it doesnt damage hair because i dont know if it does or doesnt. I just said it didnt damage MY or my sister's hair and we loved the results. We have always gotten it done from reputable salons who use salon quality products and know what they are doing. Before i ever got it done, i was also skeptical since i read reviews on hair falling afterwards etc. Alhamd mine didnt and i also read that if it doesnt, it could be that the treatment wasnt done right.

Its your sister's hair and at the end of the day, its her choice.

Re: rebonding

I also got it done in january this year and LOVE the results. It doesn't damage your hair much if done professionally. I don't regret it one bit. My natural hair texture is very rough and dry so rebonding really made them smoother and silkier and hair loss wasn't much because I used good shampoo and conditior to keep my hair healthy!

Re: rebonding

yaar i m doing it in my salon with schwarzkopf system and the results are great and it rings and attract other clients too, without any damage shiny lustrous hair ae there for you ,actually chinese and inexpensive system that are dangerous to skin.

Re: rebonding

rebonding looks great while it lasts...but it really causes hairfall ..n if u use sunsilk anti-hairfall line ..(shampoo conditioner n the serum) it works fairly well enough but like i said ..TILL it lasts... once your hair starts growing..ur roots r back to being frizzy..n to make em look alrite..u hav to iron em daily n ironing ur roots..u can well imagine the damage it can cause ...or wenever u wash ur hair ie..n after a year or so ..your hair r a mess again ... n totally dull n lustreless ...n break alot easily

i wudnt spend 15-20k (yea muniba's in lhr take around tht much..n thts for a lil longer than shoulder length) for jst about hardly 7-8 months isnt worth much !

Re: rebonding

on another note...dead straight hair rnt in nymore either...if u got really frizzy totally unmanageable hair then u cud go for rebonding..but otherwise ..wavy look's really the rage now ... :) just use a gud curling lotion ..or a mousse on ur wet hair ..n ur ready to go ... !

zaibaish where z ur parlour?? i wana to have rebounding done in cuming jan..wating for ur re
