Reasons for blood in nose

Ok so not talking about nose bleeds…but like when i blow my nose …TMI be warned..i see like a bit of blood with the flem…

Ive had this for like a long time now..saw doc once and he said its probs just an allergy and basically ignored me…im not that concerned coz i dont have any other symptoms..but im just thinking whats causing it…

I drink lots of water, exercise and have a generally healthy diet..I try not to eat too much garam things..what else could be the reason? Any ideas? and NO I dont pick my nose! lol

I may try going docs once more I guess…

Usually this happens in dry climates and during winter. The dryness in the air and cold do this.

Get a humidifier in your room…that should help a lot.

Also saline nose sprays help too.

great advice…i believe there is a tea-pot like thing is commercially available with the saline water itself. i think its called “Neti Pot”…???
