I wear black eyeliner, but I always see pictures of girls wearing dark eyeliner, that is extremely dark, like literally you can see it from miles away…i wear black eyeliner too but it doesn’t come out that dark…any suggestions what they probably use???
Cake eyeliner comes-out very dark and intense..

i use milani eyeliner. its reli intense and dark. even their brown shade stands out!

I used the milani eyeliner before n its wonderful but den dey stopped carrying dat 1..maybe it wuz limited time n now dey have tha small ones...anyways...
jus last week i bought a new eyeliner...i wanted a very jet black liquid eyeliner so i got the Double-Wear Eyeliner by Estee Lauder. Its for bout $20, but it's wonderful. Its felt tip so its easy to apply. The best part bout it is dat it doesnt smudge but Warm water and cleanser unlock it and remove every trace of it. If u in tha USA U can go n check it out @ any Estee Lauder counter in MAcys, Nordstorm, etc.
