Anyone seen this movie? I enjoyed it but turned it off when the women (old , fat) were taking off their shirts(weren’t topless).

i actually heard it was a nice movie......except the naked fat women part i guess :)

the point of the movie is supposed to be that most women are not kate moss (eww she is so ugly) thin-that yes REAL women do have curves, that they are beautiful too

1 hr. 25 min. Ana, a first generation Mexican American teenager living in East Los Angeles, has just graduated from high school. Because she is a talented writer, a caring teacher urges her to apply to college. Ana secretly is excited about the possibility, but her overbearing and hypercritical mother Carmen insists that it is time for her to help provide for the family by working in her sister’s sewing factory.
