You know some times you do some thing, perhaps happily or not so happily.
Then for some reason you do this OTHER thing, and you go to you self “holy shyt thats the real thing… how could I not find out before”
Then you start thinking that new thing as your thing. Then later you are exposed to an entirely different thing.
And you get that pleasant shock, of finding your “real thing”, again.

Then you do one of those intriguing things for a long time, even to buncha people that becomes your identity, but in your heart you know its a THING you love doing. Some time you get illusion that not a thing that’s real you.

Well how do you know the thing you lovingly do for most part of your life is actually THE THING ??

And there is not bunch of other things you might love doing even more.

I think its figure of speach where one finds something better than what he has and calls it real deal.

In otherwords. Its similer to what I usually say. "This thing is more effecient than what I was looking at before"
