Furqan miyan, few ovservations:
1. It doesnt look like a star. the resolution is so low that nothing can be said for sure. To me it looks like a bunch of hair.
2. Why would anybody in a covert operation would still wear that star and on top of that leave its shirt open like that.
This image puts the credibility of people in serious doubt who are trying to prove it as an israeli/cia joint plan .

It's Simple . I know you can recognize people by there eyes. That guy is wearing glasses which I believe rarely people wearing masks would wear as I have seen on tv.On the contrast most of the western spy agencies wear black glasses as the peole who walk with sharon.
The sign may be a way to communicate with other people involved so they don't be mistaken when they want to talk to them.otherwise it would cost them there lives.
At the time of Prophet they were some munafiq's so why not now . I am definitely sure there is more to it then what you see and hear.
