You need to be in Pakistan to meet realestate people ... or lets say Property Dealers. This is my third month here in Pakistan .. and I expect to be here for next few months though I came here thinking that I'll be free in two months, so keep in mind property business is not that quick.
I wont advise buying or selling any property if you not in Paksitan yourself. Most of the Real Estates do not have decent websites.

The real estate business in Pakistan exploded in the last couple of years and the prices in all the major cities increased by 300%. For the past three months the prices have stabilized. Even then, it is the safest investment in Pakistan.
I don't agree with Mr. Nahim. If you know some people there, you need only a couple of days t o finalize a deal. Property buying in Islamabad is the safest as the Capital Development Authority has rigorous control over these issues. Other places you need to be careful.

Okay...most of the posts are cool...
But now the question is that real estates comprise of constructing new buildings or renovations or selling/buying or brokering for the tenants and the landlords? Or all of them...or parts of those...
