Is it something with the Upgrade or is it something that I am doing wrong, since the upgrade it looks like the GS web page is taking up my whole screen and more, In fact I have to Scroll from left to right and vice versa to read the whole thread, whereas it never happened before, now if it is something that I am doing wrong, Can you please walk me through back to my whole wide screen page, rather than having to scroll, and if it has something to do with the upgrade, please give me back my old GS.
It was a mere "creative" title, and not anything offensive to anyone, on which the account of, I would like you to prohibit from childish name-calling to anyone in the future. It is not the lifestyle, nor the standards, that many (including me) would like to experience it in this discussion board, not even on an ocassional basis.
Remember, it does not take an intelligent person to be creative. Try having a go at it sometime. I am sure the possibility of liking a new concept will hold more value to you than the title of this thread. :)
Thanks for the respect shown, But just out of curiousity what would you have named the Thread. Please enlighten me so next time I can return the Favour of calling you a Smartass too.

Aejaz
name it anythink appropiate to your topic, you dnt need to be a rocket science to think of one.
you just wasted 5 minutes of my time loading the page.
On my laptop its 1024 by 768 pixels and picture quality is at highest 32bits, I am not sure about about my desk top, but will let you know tomorrow, but just so you know I am having this problem both on my desktop as well as laptop., and this has started only after the upgrade.
I am also using the same screen resolution as Aejaz bhai mentioned (both on my desktop and laptop), and I still see the horizontal scroll bars (aka real estate :D). Any chance of getting this problem fixed?
Its nothing to do with GS and the Forum settings we have here.
this is a screenshot of the page if I set the screen resolution to 1024x768 on my screen.

If you have a look at the navbar* (the navigation bar below the banner),* then you'll notice the image and links there.
Next if you pay attention you'll see there is no space left between all the images/text links. This forces the page to no longer become smaller than it now is. And the scrollbar becomes visible at this point making you scroll the page.
Like so:

Any resolution higher than that will leave enough space for the navbar and will not show the scrollbar.
I suggest, If you are able to increase the reolution on your screen then do that until I think of a different approach or a solution for the navbar.
if you change the resolution to 1280x720 only then it removes the scroll bar below. Now you tell me Giz when you were upgrading, what was your screen resolution? :)
Thats what I said above (anything above 1024) will do.
It doesnt matter what my resolution was... there are many admins/mods working in the team. All with different resolutions (I assume).
The GS website is not with a fixed width or lenght page. It is only because of the navbar at the top, and because the navbar has images inside and it does not allow vertical scrollbars. So when the total screensize of all the images reaches the maximum lenght of the screen.. Thats when the browser shows those scrollbars at the bottom.
Like I said, I can rearrange or resize the navbar to facilitate users with such screen resolutions as yourself.
