Re: Real estate opportunities in Bangalore
its funny, 15 yrs ago bangalore was a quiet sleepy town with a relatively mild climate. my aunt bought an apartment on the outskirts there with retirement in mind. now it takes 30 mins literally to cross the road at the wrong time. the city has grown so much, her place on the outskirts is now well within the city. just crazy.

very true.
my in-laws are all from a small town just outside of Banglore.
the same thing happened with the property that they purchase there with retirement in mind. it was a hop skip and a jump to the Bangalore airport and now it takes 45 minutes to get home.
apparently the design of the roadways is not all that great there either.....

in that case perhaps you should consider minimizing the criticism for the sake of criticism because, quite frankly, Islamabad just can't compare to Bangalore if you speak to someone that has been to both.
Re: Real estate opportunities in Bangalore
Banglore is way dirtier than Islamabad. Full or Ricksahws and cows on the streets, meanhwile rickshaws are not allowed in Islamabad and any cows found on the road make for a good stake, not GOD.
