i got a little dilemma or maybe a big dilemma i need your help ive brought few formal wear but not much frm here in the uk , i thought i will do the rest of my shopping from pak but now i have just found out i might just have 3 weeks to do my shopping before my wedding:smack: thats not enough for me :bummer: can someone tell me some good places in pindi or islo i can get readymade formal wear reasonable prices but latest designs would be a great help :flower1:

yar go to kamran market thay can make dresses for u in two weeks

and for ready made stuff go to city market in saddar and lal ghara near ecs in saddar

kamran market i have heard about but dont think i have been but will deffo check out these places cuz i need to make clothes quick time

Motifz....that store sells ready-made clothes in party-wear, semi-formal, and formal wear. I know there is one in Islamabad, but I havent been there, I have only been to the Lahore branch.

your talking about threads and motifs yeah ive seen there website some beautiful clothes and yes they have a branch in jinnah super market in islo which i will definantly be checking out thanks :)

‘Generation’ in F7 Markaz I think - basically the one with the Pizza Hut there :bummer:
They have some neat designs.

Other than that check out ‘Posh’ in Saddar.. on Murree Rd and Mohsin & sons. There’s a few boutiques around that area which have nice stuff… also theres a small store on a corner there which has some nice ready made outfits - can’t remember the name :bummer: its by that famous ice cream place… and I’m pretty sure it has a gift shop next door or something…

And Khan Variety in Rwp is good too.

Generation has some nice modern stuff but it's not really formal. If u want designer styles and formal try Melange in Isb. It's pricey but they have beautiful things.

Also, Khaadi for more casual pieces is a nice place if u want to pick up some ready made sets.

or L'Atelier in Isloo....again, can be pricey, but they carry a wide range of ready to wear formals from middle of the road designers all the way up to $$$$$ big names like HSY...

Im not talking about Threads and Motifs, Im talking about another store called "Motifz". They have the same type of concept, but they actually sell ready-made clothes, where as threads and motifs, you have to order from them

thanks hun just found a facebook page on generations http://www.facebook.com/pages/Generation/129972228070 some nice clothes quite different more casual but im liking them :slight_smile: wheres khan variety ? are they unstitched clothes ?

thanks usually the pricey ones r done up too much i want to buy formal wear which i can wear after not stick them in the cupboard lol usually that is always the case with me i spend so much then i jus wear them once and twice and forget about them which is really bad :bummer:

in islamabad there is a place named jinnah super and blue area try to visit them out (^^) goodluck..

She's talking about Motifz, there's threads & motifs and motifz :) Also check out Modeville.
