Not a joke but kind of a funny annecdote.
This is setup in 10th-11th Century when arabs were the Imperial power.
An Arab had a jewish slave, the arab lived a life of luxury while his jewish slave toiled hard for survival.One day the jewish slave says to his Arab master.
“I have read your holy book, it says that this life is hell for the true believers & paradise for the infidels. Look at me & look at you. You are living in paradise & I am living in hell , therefore you are an infidel & I am a true believer”
The Arab replied " You read it right but understood it wrong. Comparing where I will be in the here after to where I am .., I am living in hell & comparing where you will be to where you are, you are living in paradise."
