I can only say Inna lillahe wa inna ilaihe rajion on the thread posted by somebody to show that (nauzobillah) yazeed was a pious man.
But it a a fact that he and his companions killed Hazrat Imam Hussain (RaziAllah anhu) and his companions without any reason.
Does islam teach to kill others without any reason.
I can say with full confidence that yazeed was a paleed man.

and Hazrat Imam Hussain was a pious and God-loving man, not because he was grandson of Holy Prophet (Peace be Upon Him) but also because he fought against cruelty till his last breath.
He did not start a fight against yazeed and left the city and wanted to remain peaceful in some other place.It was yazeed paleed who killed him while he and his companions did not want any fight.
Hazrat Imam Hussain is among the Leaders of Heaven.

Finally someone who makes sense :). I do think this thread should be closed before any other fight occurs.
