do you remember how long it took for you between “DECISION MADE” and actual arrival of the card? did you receive any letter in the mail before the card arrived? were you asked to pick it up at a CIC office?
the old man is literally freaking out because he is scared to travel to India alone. poor man!
the guy’s application was “Urgently Processed” and now the status of his application says…“DECISION MADE…approved”.
